ABOUT SOUTH COAST PHYSIO & PILATES

South Coast Physio & Pilates provides specialist physiotherapy treatment and physio led pilates within our studio clinic or the comfort and convenience of your own home.
 

We treat a wide variety of injuries, completing a detailed assessment in order to provide you with a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your needs. Including the use of soft tissue release, acupuncture, taping, exercise prescription and pilates technique to assist you to achieve your lifestyle and fitness goals.

We have weekly small group pilates classes and option for private matwork or Reformer sessions. 

​

We currently provide community cover to the areas of Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and local surrounding areas.

Physiotherapy

"Pilates with Kerry is relaxing, informative and convenient-all the things I need from an exercise class. As a mum of two I struggle to find time to exercise and definitely can't go out in the evenings to classes, so online classes, at a time when the children have gone to bed is so convenient. It is also starting to force me to make time for myself something I have been lacking for a long time.

The class itself is a perfect level for me, it is providing just the right amount of core strengthening and stretching to allow me to start to rebuild my core muscles (which have really suffered due to 2 C-sections and very large babies). Kerry is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to get to know her clients, advising them appropriately when to adapt the exercises to suit their needs and abilities. Additionally she allows you to feedback any issues you are experiencing and is able to advise you on a personal level to make sure you get the most out of the classes without causing yourself pain or discomfort.

Already after 3 sessions I am seeing improvements in my core stability and can see the progress I am making, exercises I was struggling with are becoming easier, which is also impacting positively on my day to day life."
