Service Description
Pilates is a beautiful way to connect and look after your body during the stages of pregnancy and during the post natal period. It can assist you with a smoother journey with less aches and pains, improving posture, pelvic stability, maintain flexibility and for greater movement efficiency. Within Post Natal Pilates you are welcome to bring you little one along, whether they are sat content on the side, or want to be actively involved.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that patients give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of a 1:1 appointment so that the appointment may be available for another patient. For late cancellations there will be a fee of £30. This is not applicable for class bookings. Missed classes cannot be refunded but where possible an alternative class can be offered/ taken when informed of non attendance in advance.
